AMA Scaffolding was appointed by Jarrison Construction to provide a temporary roof scaffold for a full house refurbishment project in Chelmsford. The works required a scaffold design and a temporary roof system to allow refurbishment works to take place while providing protection to the property.
The project ran for 12 weeks, with the temporary roof scaffold remaining in place throughout the duration of the refurbishment works. Our role included the scaffold design, full erection and dismantling of the temporary roof system.
The objective was to provide a practical and reliable temporary roof solution to support the refurbishment works safely and efficiently.

Scaffold Design
Due to the temporary roof requirement, a scaffold design was carried out to ensure the structure was suitable for the duration of the project. The scaffold was configured to provide access and protection for the refurbishment works being undertaken.

Installation & Project Duration

Throughout the project, the temporary roof scaffold provided protection and access for the refurbishment works being carried out by Jarrison Construction.
Upon completion of the refurbishment works, AMA Scaffolding returned to site to safely dismantle the scaffold.
