Our Commercial Scaffolding Safety Compliance
Safety’s never something we take lightly. Especially on buildings where the public might be nearby. When we put up scaffolding at churches or religious sites, we make sure every step meets or exceeds UK safety standards.
All our operatives are trained and qualified through accredited schemes like CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme). Everyone holds valid cards and gets regular safety refreshers. Site supervisors oversee every stage and make sure everything runs by the book.
We carry out detailed risk assessments and method statements before we even start. We look at who uses the building, how the space is accessed, and what’s happening around it. If services are still running, we’ll work in phases or off-hours.
We follow the latest guidance from the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and comply fully with the Work at Height Regulations. Every scaffold is checked, inspected and tagged so you know it’s safe to use.
And if the building’s listed or in a conservation area, we’ll work with your architect or surveyor to make sure everything is appropriate and approved.
