I started my scaffold career in 2016 working for AMA Scaffolding as a laborer and spearheaded my way up to operations manager to date.
I am responsible for implementing operational plans for all scaffolding projects, scheduling resources such as personnel, materials, and logistics to meet project deadlines, at all times.
Communicate with clients, sub-contractors, to ensure project success.
Monitor project budgets to ensure cost effective operations but also ensuring that all scaffold operations adhere to all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Played rugby at a good standard/Bedford Blues/Saracens and travelled to new Zealand to play.
- Came back to work for AMA and completed my part 2 and advanced scaffolders cards
- Currently run the operations at AMA scaffolding
- Spend most of my days now in the office but like to help the boys out every so often
